Format a USB flash drive to FAT32

USB Method:
1. Create a folder at the root of a USB disk and name “doremi”
2. In the doremi folder, create another folder and name it “report”
3. Plug in the USB disk and wait 5 minutes
4. The report will be generated to the report folder
